For those brides getting married this summer, here's an idea to bring an element of "cool" to your weddings! We are SO in love with the Coolhaus ice cream trucks, and guess what!?! They do weddings and events!

As you can see below, they serve artisan ice cream sandwiches on edible wrappers that can be printed with a customized pattern or logo to match your wedding or event. And yes, you can eat the whole thing even the wrapper! Which by the way helps when you're devouring this delicious treat.

Our favorite was the mint chocolate with REAL mint leaves in the icecream (pictured below). I've never had real mint leaves in mint chocolate ice cream before but I don't know if I could ever go back. It's perfection. The green tea ice cream with ginger cookies (pictured below) is another amazing combination!  They're always coming up with new gourmet flavors that we're dying to try.

They'll cost your guests nothing so it's a sweet and memorable way to cool down and treat your guests in the hot summer months.   Last time we checked, Coolhaus will do unlimited ice cream sandwiches by the hour for your event!  How awesome is that?!?  Austin managed to eat about 4 while we were shooting. Let's just say we enjoyed this shoot a little too much, and I'm still trying to clean the ice cream off our cameras!

Their first truck which is an awesome shade of pink was at Reese Witherspoon's house for a birthday party while we were shooting. Luckily, Brian + Natasha brought out their newest truck for us!!! Check out the rims!  Brian and Natasha were so rad to let us do a "cool" little photoshoot with one of our "coolest" couples Kelsey and Jake.
